Abstract Background and Objectives Transcutaneous point-of-care ultrasound (POCUS) is a good tool to monitor the trachea in many clinical practices. The aim of our study verify feasibility POCUS-guided submucosal injection as potential drug delivery method for treatment tracheal stenosis. Materials methods inner wall was monitored via bronchoscope during methylene blue fresh ex vivo porcine evaluate distribution blue. eficacy were evaluated stenosis rabbit model. Animals divided into sham group, group. Ten days after scraping mucosa or operation, paclitaxel saline performed. Seven injection, assessed by cervical computed tomography (CT) scan ultrasound.
